All those games look more demanding than Spyro, especially Wolfenstein 2.

"instead of explaining how they are more demanding, I will simply reiterate my original argument".

More realistic graphics, enemies, NPC, environment...all those things are more demanding in games that I mentione than what we saw in Spyro.

Because it requires work to port to the switch, and rather than delay the game for all they just release the PS4/xbo versions first.

Or maybe they couldn't fit it on a 32gb card. xD.

Makes me wonder if crash will be all on the cart on switch...

The N.Sane Trilogy is 23GB on the PS4. That's on a console where nobody bothers with compression, so it should be feasible to fit Crash on a 16GB card on Switch.

The same should be doable for Spyro. It's not like any of the six PS1 titles (Crash and Spyro combined) were long games.

Well, I don't think length is really what drives up the file size, Donkey Kong 64 was 32MB for example. It's mainly audio and video files I believe that make up a lot of the size.

I imagine it'll be announced for Switch as well, just like Crash was.

Only one being left out now is PC, but that's par the course for Activision to market that side later on down the line.

if it ever lands on Steam past the Sept release date, I'll be adding it to the wishlist and waiting for a deep discount. Either that or I wait for a GMG deal.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

Christmas is coming in september this year for me, Dragon Quest, Spyro, Spidey, Shining Resonance and Monster boy! Just waiting to hear what else is releasing that month, come on Mega Man 11 and Rainbow Skies tell us that you're in september too.

I was always a far bigger fan of PS1 Spyro than of PS1 Crash so this is a must buy if they handle it as well as Vicarious Visions did, I hope you can still get out of bounds so easily and walk around on all that extra scenery they put around the levels, presumably just for the credits flybys. Now lets get remakes of the N64 3D platformers too.

Realistic != demanding.

Realistic graphics is definitely usually more demanding than cartoonish graphics, also you need to talk in account number of enemies, NPC, environment...Spyro definatly dont have plenty of things going on screen, little number of enemies and NPCs.

There's an easy way to show that Spyro is more demanding than Wolfenstein 2.

Spyro runs at 30fps on PS4. Wolfenstein 2 runs at 60fps on PS4.

Case closed.

Very bad argument, Crash also runs at 30 FPS on PS4, are you saying that Crash is also that demanding that PS4 cant handle something like Crash at 60 FPS, while in same time can something like Wolfenstein 2 at 60fps!? :D
