Lmao, that was literally what I though when I read the first few lines.

Well, the game sold 400K. Bayonetta 2 did double the amount on the same platform and we regard this as a somewhat big deal. Sooo, the port probably pays itself, but that isn't usually enough. As I remember Nintendo payed for the development of TW101, so they could decide they want to foster this as another IP exclusive to them. Or not. We'll see. |
Owww I remembered it selling 100k... but with 400k on WiiU I can see some benefit on releasing it for Switch

I'm pretty sure this is just a load of bullshit. At best, it is a compilation of various rumors, not any kind of real leak.

Yeah, I thought that too and was surprised looking it up to answer you.

Well, maybe VGC is totally off. Also it seems from the first week, that it didn't start off as a hot item, but seemingly it sold steady over time. Maybe at reduced price, which would still make it a difficult item for publishers.

Well, it seems he has different sources for different stuff.

Yeah. That basically guarantees it is BS. Somebody is getting leaked info from all over the gaming industry, in multiple countries? No way!

Yes a good surprise... I just remember the negative threads about this game here, never saw a post showing it turnaround, thanks for the info. And from what you said earlier you liked the game.

World Ends With You for Switch was one of his more outlandish leaks, and it's true.
