Sadly I got L.A. Noire and I want to finish it first. but between Doom and Skyrim?

Different genres, different styles (but both buggy loool).
It depends on what you expect from the games. While one is a heavy rpg, the other is pure action. After having played Doom twice now and currently diving into Skyrim I can only say that both have ups and downs.

Doom; actually a new-ish current gen game rather than a game from 2011 that hasn't aged particularly well.
Wait. It doesn't have gyro aiming at all?
After all that hubbub about motion controls in Skyrim?
That's kind of a deal-breaker for me.
