It's a case by case situation, Sherlock. Some women willingly sleep with people because they have power or wealth or fame. Not all. Some people with power will abuse it in various ways. Not all.

He doesn't have to. It's not a press release or a news article. Most people mean "some" when they say something about people doing anything in numbers. It really depends on how it's said.
That's untrue in the way you put it. This year there's been alot of unverified claims but people treated them as fact and preceded in a witch hunt so to speak. It's why we have a legal system and not mob rule.

It's in the quote. He doesn't wait for consent. He just starts kissing. What kind of hyteron proteron logical loops do you have to go through to deny this?. It's right in front of you. While there's a lot of truth in it that a lot of women don't allow it, the cases in the newspapers, where a rich and famous guy is being accused of sexual assault, should be taken with a grain of salt. As we know the newspapers are willing to pay a lot for stories like that, and a lot of people want their 15 minutes of fame and money to go with it.
