Yes.  some women.  But he didn't say some women, did he?  And This year has shown that a lot of women don't allow it even when the man thinks they did.

He doesn't have to. It's not a press release or a news article. Most people mean "some" when they say something about people doing anything in numbers. It really depends on how it's said.

That's untrue in the way you put it. This year there's been alot of unverified claims  but people treated them as fact and preceded in a witch hunt so to speak. It's why we have a legal system and not mob rule.
