Mother 3 isn't at all unlikely and Square did mention they will aggressively push mid-tier (AA) games to the Switch, which is the category TWEWY falls in.

I like the idea of having a new team developing MP4. As long as Nintendo imposes certain constraints as to how the game has to be made, it should come out good.
