Going to my local Best Buy at midnight tonight to pick up my Switch 2! Can't believe the day is finally here

Because of Donkey Kong Bananza I'm split between buying the Switch 2 with DK Bananza in July, or waiting for the Holidays and asking for them.

Just got in line at my local GameStop! Three-and-a-half hours remain.

Edit #1: Two hours left. Line is already up to 30. A lot more ppl than expected, especially for a Wednesday noon. (As I was typing, three new people joined the line…so 33.)

Edit #2: 45min left. Number 13 in line of 46. Should know shortly how many systems they’ve got.

Edit #3: 34 MK Bundle, 14 OG. Line has grown up to 52…yeah Nintendo’s fighting an uphill battle with Switch 2. 48 systems is already a lot for a single GameStop. At least they were able to accurately gauge the demand. Only a few systems short.

Edit #4: Line is well over 60. A lot of people gonna be missing out. :( Preorders were delayed to 3:15pm (per corporate orders…hmm).

Edit #5: Base Model Preordered (w/ ProController) @3:55pm EST! Now, I need to pick up at midnight. Hoping to get physical copy of MarioKart World then; they weren’t offering games for preorder.

I'm split because it's a June launch with some cool games and my birthday is in August. I either scrounge up the money and try to procure one in August from birthday money and savings or wait until Christmas or later. 

Not unless they fixed most of the glitches.

I'm so sad that I can't bail on the job tomorrow so I'll only be able to pick up my pre-order at like 4/5PM ....
