Forums - Sony - New gold PS4 Slim coming next week

Always thought they took a step back with the slim design. The gold on the console just doesn't do it for me. The controller on the other hand looks good. Could just be the box art as well. Seeing the actual hardware itself sometimes can make a big difference.



PS1   - ! - We must build a console that can alert our enemies.

PS2  - @- We must build a console that offers online living room gaming.

PS3   - #- We must build a console that’s powerful, social, costs and does everything.

PS4   - $- We must build a console that’s affordable, charges for services, and pumps out exclusives.

PRO  -%-We must build a console that's VR ready, checkerboard upscales, and sells but a fraction of the money printer.

PS5   - ^ -We must build a console that’s a generational cross product, with RT lighting, and price hiking.

PRO  -&- We must build a console that Super Res upscales and continues the cost increases.

It actually looks pretty good. If it was a Pro I would buy one to retire my OG PS4 in the bed room, just can't justify it if it's not an upgrade. I'll just keep waiting to see what the CUH-7100 looks like.
