anyone who says that probably follows a shitty 'news' station like Breitbart or Infowars, which are probably as unreliable as fox/cnn.

Less reliable to a degree that is hard to quantify.

One of them has had several people leave to become members of the current administration (after spending the entire election season praising Trump while attacking anyone who dared question him). The other is run by a man who thinks the Sandy Hook shooting never happened, and thinks that the US government has a weapon that can make tornados.

Just can't understand how people believe a government could create something powerful enough to form a phenomenon in nature

US is still a melting pot like no other, we take in more immigrants than any other country, maybe the reaction of this ban is being exaggerated.

Only 7 countries about 196 on the ban list. If the intent is to hurt diversity well this executive order is a failure.

Ding. Ding. Ding.  We have a winner.  Let's also not forget that these 7 countries where labeled by the Obama administration as having a high terrorist treat, which is why Trump chose them.  And that if you are of a religious minority (yes, even if you are brown) you are not subject to the higher scrutiny.

Just in case anyone doesn't know, they're the developers for Spyro and Ratchet&Clank.

Also, something about all of this concerns me- how did they pass such laws so quickly? Aren't we supposed to have bills be introduced to the judicial branch, and then signed by the executive branch? Unless I'm overlooking major details, I'm concerned as to whether there'll be an imbalance in the 3 branches or not.

Well according to the whitehouse.gov web page tehre's now only 2 branches. The day before Trump took power the whitehouse.gov page listed Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of govt. Now the page only lists Executive and Legislative branches.

Technically, you can, the cost is just not worth it so there is no fucking way they'd ever invest in it unless we can harvest nature energy  at a high enough efficiency, and we are long ways off.

What about when politics affects your professional workplace?

If this affects emplyees or employee families then it has an effect on the business.

If this prevents you from hiring a talented worker then it has an effect on your business.

If this makes people in eligible countries not want to work in the US then it harms talent aqcuisition.

I don't care ...

There's no diplomacy to be had when you're shaking a fist and fighting for a so called social justice cause especially in professional places ...

The absolutely professional response would've been trying to find a work around or dealing with it if they we're being affected by this policy instead of letting their personal feelings get in the way of the workplace by promoting partisan politics ...

It's very toxic for the other employees who disagree, who now have to deal with a politically sensitive workplace ...

You have absolutely no idea if any employees disagree. For all we know, they may all agree.

I suspect your comments give us an idea of your stance on this policy more than it criticizes this company's stance.

Wish developers would keep their politics to themselves, i mean sure I mostly agree that trumps choices have been retarded, but coming forward as a whole studio and making political statements is just not needed at all.

WAY too polarizing, i mean hell just look at some of the responses/reactions in this very thread, people falling over themselves to point fingers at each other.

I like this opposing movement and I wish as many people as possible follow it.

Point still stands regardless of whether or not employees are in unanimous agreement or disagreement. Game studios are not PACs and they should not try to emulate them ...

No need to suspect as if like I were to levy nefarious intentions against Insomniac Games, I've been transparent about the issue all along ...

You might want to lay off on the tu quoque tactic in the future ...
