What about when politics affects your professional workplace?

If this affects emplyees or employee families then it has an effect on the business.

If this prevents you from hiring a talented worker then it has an effect on your business.

If this makes people in eligible countries not want to work in the US then it harms talent aqcuisition.

I don't care ...

There's no diplomacy to be had when you're shaking a fist and fighting for a so called social justice cause especially in professional places ...

The absolutely professional response would've been trying to find a work around or dealing with it if they we're being affected by this policy instead of letting their personal feelings get in the way of the workplace by promoting partisan politics ...

It's very toxic for the other employees who disagree, who now have to deal with a politically sensitive workplace ...
