The other is run by a man who thinks the Sandy Hook shooting never happened, and thinks that the US government has a weapon that can make tornados.

Just can't understand how people believe a government could create something powerful enough to form a phenomenon in nature

Technically, you can, the cost is just not worth it so there is no fucking way they'd ever invest in it unless we can harvest nature energy  at a high enough efficiency, and we are long ways off.
