Oh, I thought we were talking current ones. Of all time, Hitler is the worst for sure. Not sure it will be by a huge margin though. Duterte for instance has declared he wants to slaughter 3 million people.

I liked his speech, especially how he acknowledged Hillary and have her praise for her hard work. I hope he can sort this retarded nonsense this Russia. WW3 over Syria was just insane. The people threatening suicide need to get outside, go for a walk through nature, take in some fresh air and think straight, suicide is never the way. The world will go on as normal.
