And I am a Sony fan through and through but come on people it is time to give that a rest. I have a computer capable of running the games but I just don't game on my computer so all those games mentioned whether they are on PC or not they are a bonus for me(when I get my XB1 although I might as well just hold out and see what Scorpio will cost next year) and others as well.

A good 8/10 conference from me seeing as I saw none of the leaks others saw. Can't wait to see what Sony does in theirs now!

True, but you're not a "middle 80 percent" buyer.  There are a lot of people who want a closed box experience, and when you consider full A-Z, there are a lot of people who want nothing to do with building or upgrading a PC.

 

Moderate challenge to build a pc from scratch, with OS, input device, etc. that costs what these consoles cost and perform the same way.   Yeah, i know you can tdo a lot more on a PC, but tell that to the family of 3 who's kid already has a 200 dollar laptop for school projects, and now wants to build "another PC" so he can play games.  Xbox One or PS4 it is.

 

I'm just surprised that neither Sony or MS didn't wait for the 5 year mark, but rather, 4 years.  I wonder who forced who's hand...

Developers probably forced both of their hands. There have been complaints from devs that the PS4/XB1 are relatively underpowered compared to past gens and PCs right now.

It's pretty obvious to me though that MS is conceeding that HW is not where they plan to make the most money.  Controllers, xbox live, sw, windows licenses, social media. Trying to get everyone on that SW drug using HW as a vessel.

I take it the Scorpio is for those people that aren't into PC gaming but want the pros of PC gaming.

LOL None of those games are exclusive as they are going to be on PC too.

 

The conference was good for Windows 10/PC, average for the actual games (nothing exciting besides the usual) and horrible for XboxOne which had no exclusives and only Live features that made it appealing.

A more powerful Xbox is pointless when you could just buy all the games on PC if you want powerful hardware and still no exclusives to sell the Scorpio so overrall an average conference.

There console exclusives. It wasn't horrible for xb1 because the games can still be played on the xbox one.

Final Fantasy XV demo they showed look like crap... my hype for it died abit watching that.
I wish they would have done turn based instead.

They fixed the framerate in scalebound. I liked the FFXV trailer it looked fun.

When first i read the rumors about xbox slim and scorpio i say ms finally kill the xbone with the 199$ and go for the new xboxtwo
Well today we see MS clearly kill the xbone he DONE THATS IT
They announce the slim has price the same with fat and more? all '' exclusives on pc? perfect way to make xbox fans don't buy it and wait for the xbox two
The show now, if Forza 3 horizon was 1,5 hour long gameplay maybe it was the best MS E3 ever, the game is amazing
I was wait to see the recore the most intresting game for me last year ms E3 and we see this? very disapoint i m not even notice is coming the same month with forza
