 Well, I predicted around 155K. I don't know FF's north america following. Personally I liked Crisis Core infinitely better than GoW. But then again, I'm a RPG fan first.

 Both will be million seller, both system sellers and both AAA games for PSP.

This pricecut will be important when GTA IV will be released.

I am sure that a lot of Teens/kids wants GTA IV.

And then they see a X360 with a 199€ pricetag and a PS3 with a 399€ pricetag..

What will they buy?

The 360 only looks good when people compare it to the PS3. Sales, games, features, all of those things aren't really that good. No when all the above mentioned games will be solid on the PS3, with the PS3 costing $50 more with Blu-Ray,reliability, free online, and features like Home and the playstation store to sweeten the deal. Its more attractive, and the way things are shaping up now the 360 will be outsold 3-1 or greater in NA, almost non-existent in Europe, and completely dead in Japan this time next year.

These are not first party games are third party.

That bolded statement is something I will never agree with you. Im in high school, the 360 is the in gaming console for americans, the ps3 to them is a worthless waste of money. It saddens me to know this as well, though it may seem offensive to some the PS3 is considered the 360 wannabe console in North america.

As long as theres an Xbox the playstation will never gain control in north america over nintendo or even microsoft.

What have you been smoking? Everyone I know would love to have a PS3, they just can't afford it, and most people I know with 360's hate them because they've had to send them in a few times and they have to pay for online.

If you honestly think MS is powerful enough to keep Sony from being back on top in America, you need to rethink things, Sony has always done well in America, and will continue to do so, the PS3 will pass the 360 in America within the next two years, go ahead and quote me on that one. By 3/25/10 the PS3 will have more consoles in America than 360.

For such a hefty price cut, it didn't do so good. We can't tell if this price cut will be a complete failure until weeks or months down the road. But, I'm pretty sure MS expected more out of this huge price cut, atleast in terms of short term returns. If the 360 can stay close to or get above the PS3 regulaily during the upcomming weeks, then i'd say it's a success. If it drops back close to pre-pricecut levels, then it's a failure. Anyone saying otherwise is deluded.

i think the wii is gonna have huge others numbers next week due to the easter holidays. the toys r us store i work at sold at least 100 wii's in four days. we've been averaging 40 a week these past couple of months. 360 has sold 20 odd over the same time period and ps3 only sold 9. on the handheld front ds has easily sold 50 in four days and psp to my knowledge has sold 3.

 These are very interesting numbers, it shows what kids like. And that the people that Buy Sony systems are older gamers.
