the Xbox Console market would be maybe dead but Sony has exclusives. If you could have a stronger PS4 to match PC gaming in performance and you would have awesome exclusives like Bloodborne or Driveclub what would be the point for PC gaming?

No, it would be silly, would just be a Market Eating another Market, and disguising if it was the Market it ate, would just be The PC, market and a disguised Death of  the Console Market, would split user base and the most important, it would piss developers, Developers don't want power, they want Money, and they can get it with PS4's Current level of performance.

Xbox, already confirmed a Upgradable Hardware, and their exclusives for PC, because of that they are falling behind and struggling to keep the same pace they had last year.

Sony, know this and won't will do the same, a Deny, would means nothing, they would need to say what they are making, if they announce a Cheaper PS4 Slim, now, the people would stop of purchasing PS4, until the cheaper one cames out, if was a More Expensive Product (of course if launch with those Specs, will be 600-800US$), this would not eat PS4 Sales, because would be Niche, this would piss the Install Base, and Sony, would lose a lot of Money.

devolopers also want more power just look at these weird resolutions and resolution texchnics to get a little bit more frames from these outdated consoles. Do you think its cheap to optimize it on laptop Hardware?

i hope you're joking, consoles have been alive from more than 30 years now and they are still very successful.

there are millions of people worldwide who either prefers playing on consoles and/or they don't have a powerful enough pc or don't have the time or money to invest upgrading it everytime so that newer games can run properly on it, etc.

the majority of the gaming community doesn't even know anything about graphic cards, gpu, and things like that, they just like simple things like putting your CD onto your console and play, so the console market isn't going to die anytime soon, it might transform itself and maybe go digital in the future like playing on your tv and paying a suscription like with PS Now instead of having to buy the hardware, but they aren't going to die. 

I thought ms would atleast held the US after such domination there in the last gen. Incredible. Ps4 is quite a beast.

There isn't Optimization on PC, what is there is  Settings options, you can chose how you want to run the Game Developers don't need to care if it is optimized, if isn't, the player will just low the Quality and play the game anyways, you cannot do this on Consoles, because of that, a PS4K, would split user base, and piss of Developers.

You clearly do not know wtf you are talking about. Consoles run on APIs which are essentially wrapper code. The developer makes a call, and the API performs it. The PS4 itself would code fork and handle the majority of the changes... especially since the rumors are leaning to upscaling.

Even moreso, engines such as UE4, unity, etc have a second level of wrappers that alleviate port needs.

The gaf leaker has been qouted stating "SLI", and estimates are 2x the speed and considerably more powerful.

They might just simply put 2 die shrunk faster jags in the machine. If they clock it high enough, you might even see ps3 emulation.
