Dark Souls 3 with 210k is a very nice first week!
Seems like all the COMG predictor's were overestimating Dark Souls 3.
250k would have been amazing imo (maybe it is still possible with digital?).

Hatsune Miku with 70k isn't horrible considering there will be also PS4 version.

Minecraft doing 10k+ this week though it is one year old is insane!!!
1M retail is getting more possible week after week for Minecraft!!!

Digimon will do 100k+ lifetime.
I expect some legs from it since the last one on PS Vita had good legs too.

Hardware is like the last week very nice.
PS Vita is doing good and PS4 with amazing numbers. Sony must be really happy with the current Playstation situation in Japan. And Final Fantasy XV will come soon! There is no doubt that PS4 will overtake Wii U this year, it is only matter of when it will overtake Wii U. If this trend will continue and Wii U won't recover from these horrible numbers then it could happen even before the big Final Fantasy XV launch!

Ps4 is the king of home consoles in Japan.  It just so happens lately it's overtaken the handhelds vita and 3DS. But that's irrelevant.  Even if it wasn't,  once it's doing much better than the XB1 and Wii U it's still the king.

Those are pretty great ratios for PS4 games. Some of them are low though like Naruto but Project Setsuna is impressive.

Considering how low SFV opened physically, those are rather good digital numbers I suppose.

Really good ps4 digital sales.

Look at minecraft. it sold as much digital as it did retail. 20k for the month ain't bad. Minecraft maybe massive on vita but over the next few years it will sell a lot on ps4 aswell.

This is somethign I forgot to mention earlier, but really Miku did terribly. I know the business model is to nickel and dime their loyal base on DLC to make more profit, but 70k is bad.

People get their jimmies rustled about the strangest stuff these days.

 

Anyway, now I'm back I can look at this properly.

DQM did terribly.  No two ways about it.  Should've been blasting the FW sales of the remakes away, not being dwarfed by then.

Miku similarly did terribly.  159k (with a later PS3 release) -> 98k (with a simultaneous PS3 release) -> 70k (with a late PS4 release).  Just shows that SEGA have pretty much run this franchise into the ground, so gj with that >.<

Dark Souls is the least bad I guess, but it's not a stellar performance.  Could be worse I guess.

DOA extreme boobs did good though!  Not that they can really go anywhere with the IP now though, but still.

Alright from Assassination Classroom.  We'll have to see if it has the legs of the last game.

edit: Oh and Minecraft legs are great.  I'm pleased.  It's nice to see WoW increases with hardware flat, no idea what's causing it but I wasn't expecting it (I thought it would have disappeared by now).

Pokken doing better than I expected too.

You see on the where it says gta V Ps4,has passed 80k? That's just for the sku they released late last year right? Like lifetime on ps4 it's sold more?

Bo3 passes 300k, Attack on titan ps4 100k, and minecraft ps4 66k. Tumbling along.
