No, VR still isn't quite baked yet, maybe in 5 years when we are a few more generations advanced and they have fixed resolution and FOV as well as worked more on eye strain issues. Also at that price I think it is going to struggle, many people struggle to afford a console let alone a $400 accessory.

What you think matters very little compared to the shit ton of market research they've done for this price. Yes, it's not cheap, yes, lots of people will struggle to buy one. But we have seen how the PS4 has struggled despite starting at 399 too ? Huge struggle right.

This thing might not sell like hot cakes, but be sure that it will be the market leader.

It is very important also that Sony will be profiting from Day 1 with the PSVR.

In Australia I think I saw the price at 549 or 589.

It is more than the console itself. So no way at this stage.

Not only am I in, I already came and now she's threatening to press charges unless I marry her lol.

Yeah I'm stoked for PSVR!

I'm in with fucken bells on.

not getting one at launch.

holiday 2017 if the thing looks to be getting continued support and games look good and maybe with a price drop i'll probably get one. but for now $400 is too much for a technology i'm worried won't be supported and i've never tried so i don't even know that i'll like it.

It wont be a day 1 purchase for me but I will certainly be making the jump at some point.

I'll be sitting on the fence for this for a while. I need to say how well it's supported before I plunge any money into it. If most mainstream games take advantage of it in 2017 then I'll buy it, if not I don't want another Vita in my hands. As good as that system was, it didn't have enough support.

If I only have 5 hours in a day as free time then half will go to personal time and the other half goes to SO. I cut into my sleep time for sex. Sometimes, I'll have no alone time and other times, the SO gets virtually no time from me that particular day. It's situational on what to spend time on any given day but It's far more healthy for any couples' relationship to spend quality alone time apart.

I don't think gaming should be what you do if you want quality alone time. Go to the gym, go for a swim, go get a massage - those are literally healthy. I mean 2.5H not speaking with your SO per day when you are together. What? Essentially, you're only having breakfast, dinner/cooking and sex together? Maybe you'll change your mind once you meet your SO :)

And not a good idea to cut on your sleep time.

You know what I meant. Healthy for the relationship. I believe that you're exaggerating how much time you think someone needs to spend with their SO in general. Maybe you like to but it's better for most couples if they spend some time apart enjoying their hobbies. In regards to physical health, a good sex life should take of daily exercise.

Edit. I forgot to add this in. People sleep a 3rd of their life. Losing some sleep wouldn't hurt.

Yes I'm in, I think this is going to revolutionize the gaming market and is the biggest legitimately ground shaking addition to gaming since online and touchscreen gaming.
