So much fail I'm just going to list them out ...
Reflections =/= Dynamic Global Illumination
Heat Transfer Simulation =/= Procedural Destruction
Mesh Deformation =/= Dynamic Material Shaders & Change in Surface Properties = Dynamic Material Shaders
The funny part is later on he somewhat backtracked on that old video with a newer one LOL ...
Let's not continue going down that slippery path, guys. End it here please if you are not going to have a real discussion.
its a downgrade yes. but The Division is still a technical show piece and a really fantastic looking game. people are really becoming illogical with hating on 3rd party games and devs these days.

No GRAPHICAL downgrades were mentioned on the final release and show off on the PC version maxed out ...
Those who exaggerated or mentioned toned down visual quality owe Ubisoft Massive a apology ...
It just looks bland compared to the reveal. Mostly due to the lighting I guess.
Here is a theory for you: 3 years years ago they thought that with Moores law the PCs would be so much faster that they could implement all nice things. But since it appears that the law no longer applies they had to tune things back. I know, its really a stretch.
