I do find it's pretty hard to happen (unless there was a injury during the act)  but could and it would be better to be with someone you care and would understand... but even though we can say it's rape in some interpretation during sex, close to ejaculation you aren't in the best of your judgement to put a harsh judgment on someone that kept going... but the analogy was just bad.

Initial analogy aside, the sad fact is that that situation does happen...a lot.  Date rape is often this exact situation.

It sucks to go all the way to penetration only for her to say stop but anyone that truly cares or repsects her will.  Anyone that continues only wanted one thing to begin with.

I would say it depends of the reason why she said stop... depending on the reason she is the pig.

There is no "it depends".  Stop means stop.  No means no.  Again, the very fact you are even trying to create cirucmstances or faults on her side as valid reasons to rape wholly validate why there is so much work left to be done.

Nope. I'm not discusing if it was a rape or not... but to tell someone that is on the appex of going to orgasm to stop is what make her the pig. He continuing could be put as rape if you want (I doubt any jury would convic someone that was doing consential sex the partner asked to interrupt in the last moments of the sex), but she would still be a pig depending on the reason she wanted to interrupt it at the end, you can say it was "her body her rules" but I would also say that is abuse of authority, I wouldn't follow through the sex, but if her reason to ask to stop wasn't something serious she would just see a body raising up and saying see you never again.

If intercourse has been ongoing long enough that he's about to climax and she says she wants to stop having sex, you really do need to stop....but I agree, she's definitely an ass and likely would have no grounds for a rape case.  But if she tells you stop and you keep going...like it or not, that is rape.  This absolutely, positvely must be drilled into our heads.  If you assume some level of gray area, remove it.  The clear delineation line is either partner saying no or stop (or derivatives thereof).

There actually have been convictions.  Even spouses themselves have had legal matters taken when consent was given and then withdrawn during sex or consent for A was given but not B and he or she did B anyway. 

Take a look at this case file.

"There have been cases" equal to "have been several other cases that don't". But ok I accept it isn't impossible (because nothing is impossible). But before I open the case file, does it reflect a case where the guy where close to cum and the other person said stop and he kept going (not beating up or things like that)??

And since there are even cases of people that report rape even though it was 100% consensual from begining to end, as I said, nothing is impossible.

If she says stop and you don't = rape.

If he still thinks it's ok after she says stop = validating rape.

 

oh I tend to forget that in the current environment the criteria being used to identify a rape is being expanded to a large extent

i can only hope that the men pushing for this never find themselves in situations where women can abuse these broad criteria and choose to do so... ah who am i kinding? i'd find it funny in a very ironic way

Maybe that person should not have sex if he/she can't control his/her hormones. That temporary insanity is used for murder cases is bad enough, now also for rape cases? Are people really that bad at controlling their hormones.
Interestingly killing your rapist is sometimes considered justifiable homicide, if you kill the person after the rape has initiated yet before it is over... How the heck do you proof that.

Or you could do what I do and just not rape people. It's just as simple. Know what rape is and then just don't do it. If you don't rape people then you have nothing to fear. Like 99.99% of sexually active guys who don't commit sexual crimes are never falsely accused of commiting sexual crimes. People in this thread are acting like there is some rapeconspirasy against men or something. Like being falsely accused of rape is some common occurrence. It's not.
