Yeah because it can still lead back to him, it's a highly sensitive issue that can't be taken lightly for either party.

Ok, that is a possible point and she would be silly to use it publicaly even if he is tried and found guilty because he could still sue her for all the loses to his image her exposition is making.

I do find it's pretty hard to happen (unless there was a injury during the act)  but could and it would be better to be with someone you care and would understand... but even though we can say it's rape in some interpretation during sex, close to ejaculation you aren't in the best of your judgement to put a harsh judgment on someone that kept going... but the analogy was just bad.
