If intercourse has been ongoing long enough that he's about to climax and she says she wants to stop having sex, you really do need to stop....but I agree, she's definitely an ass and likely would have no grounds for a rape case.  But if she tells you stop and you keep going...like it or not, that is rape.  This absolutely, positvely must be drilled into our heads.  If you assume some level of gray area, remove it.  The clear delineation line is either partner saying no or stop (or derivatives thereof).

Until we understand this, we will still have a problem.  I'll put it another way.  Most rapists don't consider themselves rapists because they believe they were in that gray area. There is no gray area. 

Didn't disagree on it, just said that considering the level of hormones and reduced analytical capabilities even if someone had proof that asked to stop and the other kept going I doubt any jury would convict the first as a rapist. It isn't a grey area, but it's medical fact that the person isn't on a situation that he can properly judge his actions.
