There is no "it depends".  Stop means stop.  No means no.  Again, the very fact you are even trying to create cirucmstances or faults on her side as valid reasons to rape wholly validate why there is so much work left to be done.

Nope. I'm not discusing if it was a rape or not... but to tell someone that is on the appex of going to orgasm to stop is what make her the pig. He continuing could be put as rape if you want (I doubt any jury would convic someone that was doing consential sex the partner asked to interrupt in the last moments of the sex), but she would still be a pig depending on the reason she wanted to interrupt it at the end, you can say it was "her body her rules" but I would also say that is abuse of authority, I wouldn't follow through the sex, but if her reason to ask to stop wasn't something serious she would just see a body raising up and saying see you never again.
