No doubt the arbitrary limitations and delineation lines drawn up by this story are bogus but so too is the suggestion that Nintendo contracts such exclusivity for indies.  It is in fact quite the opposite.  They've been pretty vocal about wanting indies to take their games to all platforms.

Why would any indie that have great evaluation would stay exclusive to Nintendo when Nintendo themselves say that they should release everywhere?

I think it is about Nintendo understanding that indies need as much exposure as possible for success compared to the big publishers where such deals can make sense. It isn't that they don't like having exclusive indie games but they realize it benefits those developers, the industry and makes it healthier overall.

I asked about the devs, why would those 50 avoid launching on other systems if Nintendo is incentivizing them? Is that because most of their games are very bad that it won't sell so they preffer to have some props by being exclusive?

These things make me cringe. How terrible must your situation be if you have to go to such extremes to lie to yourself? This just goes to show you how dire Nintendo's situation is right now for the wiiu. Nintendo really needs to ditch that bitch and quit dabbling in indie bullshit ,won't remember in a month, shovelware. Maybe that should be NX's 2016 campaign slogan. I know I would buy it if it were.

Who said Nintendo was incentivizing them?  And do you feel like looking up Metacritic reviews for all of them and then comparing them with all other indie releases to verify your postulation that they are so bad that they need exclusive deals?

You said Nintendo is very vocal about wanting them to release for other platforms. No I won't look at the metacritic, it was stablished on the video and previous posts that they throwed ALL indies no matter the quality to get 60 games, and for PC they capped at mid tier. How many of the 50 indies have you bought seeing they are all quality titles on your perspective?

I remember when stealth inc 2 (probably my fav wii u indie game) came out as exclusive to wii u (At least temperately) the devs said they did it for exposure. That seems plausible with the current saturated indie market.

I don't know but you claimed they were all bad yet I never claimed they were all good.  It was your postulation, your theory to prove.

You may want to recheck my post. I first asked why would very good games that Nintendo incentivize to go MP would still be exclusive, you avoided to answer. Then I asked if a great part were bad, didn't said all. And you still haven't answered or spoken the truth about it.

Probably because your question doesn't make much sense.   What do you mean by incentivizing them to go MP?  And does a "great part were bad" mean?

You said Nintendo were very vocal about they going multiplatform and I asked then why would the great games with selling potential be kept exclusive. You still haven't answered.

Thank you.  That's a sensible question.  And given that I'm none of the developers, I can't give you an answer beyond the speculation that they have enjoyed working with Nintendo enough to remain exclusive, sales are enough to remain exclusive or don't have the resources to develop on multiple platforms.

The first option gets negated by Nintendo saying they should go Multiplat (so they would still hold good relations even doing that), if the game is good enough to have sold well it would still sell more when releasing elsewhere negates the second, the third one is reasonable for launching first, but if sales are good they would be able to launch in other consoles later.

So what exactly are you wanting me to say?  That Nintendo paid for all those exclusives?  Is that the satisfactory asnwwer you are looking for?

I told you that I can only speculate why and we also know that paid for exclusivity is not their policy with few very publicized exceptions.

When you first said it looked like you had evidences of they being forward with wanting them to be MP and it wouldn't make sense to stay exclusive to the lowest seller if the games have possibility of selling a lot more when going to more platforms, but I'll accept that the most we can do is conjecture.
