I think this is more of a personal grievance of yours with female body alteration than about tit jobs hurting women in any way. I personally don't care. If a woman wants to get one or not, so be it. If my girlfriend wanted one or not, as long as it looks decent, I'm fine with it.

I mean, as long as she's happy and she looks good, I'm down. That being said, I'd probably never be romantically attracted to someone like that if I'm being honest with myself. Just casual.

Naturals are nice, also makeup okay for first impressions but I prefer non makeup usually.

Fake boobs just look straight up unattractive. My girlfriend sometimes says that she wishes she had bigger boobs (they are perfect, trust me ) but I'm always telling her that most guys prefer natural titties, this is true with most of my friends. As well it's not all about the size of the boobs or bum but the proportion, ass to book ratio my friends XD but yeah, if a big girl has small boobs it just looks wrong and if a really skinny girl has huge boobs that also look bad, in my eyes anyway, so yeah, fuck fake boobs and fake bums!

If they're well done, her breasts aren't already great, and they aren't TOO big I'm all for them.

You're wrong there. Women with fake breasts can also get pregnant boobs, and that's because there are 3 ways to make breast implants and only one of them completely prevents breast feeding.

I like both fake and natural breasts, although I do prefer bigger boobs.
I'm also quite happy with my girlfriend, if you know what I mean
