Starfox 2 for the SNES looked cool.

A shame that the offical release got cancelled.

Silent hills is probably #1 but I remember being heartbroken when sonic extreme was cancelled on Saturn. I was looking forward to that game so much as I was a huge sonic fan in my youth.

Starcraft Ghost because I thought StarCraft II wasn't even in development since Blizzard seemed to only focused in WoW back then. I somehow avoided other series that had cancelled games.
