Also, tangent, but people need to stop saying this. We know tons about the NX. A man who see's nothing and hears nothing isn't alone. He's just blind and deaf. Or worse, he's just covering his ears and closing his eyes. If you choose to ignore the tons of info and hints we've learned about the NX until the thing is out and all of it is "officially" confirmed, that's your prerogative. Stop trying to pass it off as though it should be everyone elses.

Please, tell me everything you know about NX, im all ears.

For starters, we know it is Nintendo's upcoming home console. We also know three games from Square Enix coming for it: Final Fantasy 14, Dragon Quest X and Dragon Quest 11. We also know that Nintendo is going to present the console in 2016, perhaps as early as January to kick off the year. We know it will have some form of connectivity with 3DS, PC, mobile phones, and tablets. We know that Nintendo's upcoming QOL will have some sort of integration with the platform.

Speaking of probable outcomes - Zelda NX and Mario Galaxy 3 are likely headlining games to launch during the first year with at least one launching the same time as the console itself. It will probably launch sometime in late 2016. It will probably have an upgraded version of the Miiverse. It will probably have some new sort of rewards program and merchandizing platform accessible through the NX platform.

I will honestly laugh if Nintendo not only puts Zelda on NX but delays the Wii U version until after the NX release like they did with Twilight Princess. Some are just so freaking whiny about the idea, it would just be funny to see them do it (again). 

True, but it could have been objectively worse. They need to milk the system as much as they can. WIth a 16 million userbase and 100 million + software sales (from which Nintendo would sell a pretty big percentage) they might have a chance to make some money from it

Zelda is one title that could push them there. An open world, critically acclaimed entry into the series would most deffinatly be a good reason for many gamers to jump on a 3.5 year old system that didnt really got a whole lot of traction this generation.

They don't "need" to do anything. Wii U is going to be a spectacular market failure, there's no release that is going to realistically change that now. 

The iceberg has already been hit and this ship's been sinking for a while now and it's destination is the bottom of the Atlantic. Ain't nothing changing that. 

The only real question I guess would be if Zelda U becomes the worst selling mainline console Zelda game, which is an open question if it's a Wii U only title (much like DKC is the worst selling DKC game, Mario 3D World is the lowest selling 3D Mario game, etc. etc. etc.). 

This website has convinced me that it will be moved to the NX, then delayed to 2018, then outright cancelled.

Interesting, let's hope Nintendo reveal all very soon.

Im confident Zelda will still come to Wii U, even if it is on NX. Miyamoto said it's still coming quite recently.

Summer seems unlikely. I expect a holiday 2016 release.

Of course they will. If you're going to make a cross gen game your new system's launch title, releasing weaker port first or even the same time as the enhanced port will ruin the sale potential.

It would be even better if they let Wii U owners get the NX port for free. It would get all the Zelda fans who avoided the Wii U and the all Zeldas fans expecting a new exclusive Zelda game for Wii U lining up at launch day.
