After people get these digitally as part of the BC they will then make some money on DLC as people who never played them may want to play the DLC and grab it when MS teases it with a deals with gold 50% - 75% off all season passes, There could also be many who bought them day one before but pick up the DLC that was added after they got rid of the game. It's a win/win keeps fans happy and will tempt more people to buy Ultimate Edition as well as brings in some extra revenue from DLC.

For a moment i thought the title was saying that we were getting the full collection remastered, so now i feel a bit disappointed (since i already own the others on the 360) :p Still, it's a very nice gesture for newcomers to the series. I'm curious to see how well Gears 3 and Judgment will run on the X1's BC.

Would be pretty cool if this did this for more releases, ie. Crackdown 1 comes with Crackdown 3, FH comes with FH3, etc.  Would give gamers extra incentive to buy games day 1.

I though BC was pretty useless to have now and would've been better at launch. But if they're gonna start bundling 360 games with X1 games that's an incredible idea!

Useless?  Only about 20% of current X360 owners have upgraded to X1..  Still 30 million or so that have not..  and THIS will be important to them. Many people dont want multiple systems under their TV also.  so having BC will let you use ONE system..   

That is just a FEW of the reasons its not "useless"..

Yup and now lets step into reality, how often did you still want to play gen 6 games two years into gen 7? Chances are not very often and considering that you're on a gaming forum I'd say that you're among the people that would be way more likely to do that. The majority of those 80% of 360 owners without an X1 will maybe see this on the box or in an ad and a number of people will even buy an X1 because of it but they will likely never use the feature.
