Oh, so I can buy that game right at release and don't have to wait for some Über-Edition with all the DLC...
...if that guy is telling the truth, that is.

I'm pleased to read this. I really hope FF15 will do the same, along with the FF7 remake. Microsoft pushed this online dlc crap. I want a complete game on disc with no paywall.
Could you imagine FF7 with dlc? It would tarnish my memory of the game.
DLC isn't inherently bad, but it is still nice to know that you can get some games in the knowledge that everything the title will ever have to offer is already unlocked on one disc.
Let's wait and see.
Bamco also said that Dark Souls 2 won't get dlc's and later they released 3 dlc packs...
This is great news for me. I wish all my game purchases can have the complete package right off the bat. If devs went back to that way then i'd probably pick up the new Batman game rather than wait for the goty edition.
