I dont know if Nintendo has the money or if they are even willing to spend to make so many games at once, they need time to make every single game. ALso they want to earn as much money as possible, so one handheld and one console.

Make the maths, how many games Nintendo released last year for 3DS? And how many for WiiU? If you combined that number you have a very decent amount of games per year, it would have no major droughts at all.

Numbers dont count only. How many AAA Titles did nintendo released this year?

So everybody is going to play ignorant here? Of course he is saying that Nintendo won't need to beg for 3rd parties publishers to make NX successful. Nintendo will make the first step, the others will follow. Simple as that.
