Presuming this had no effect on its specs etc?

I guess the obvious answer is that it would sell a lot lol. Not sure it will peak higher then the Wii at its highest point because right now I think demand is dictated by games and this half of the year was pretty short on huge mass appealing games, whereas the wii had that.

For first year i say 2014 (January to December), and for second year 2015 (January to December).

2013 is the launch year for PS4.

Well I see it as First year and First full calander year.

The first year that the PS4 was out outsould Wii's first year. IE. 365 days since launch.

The Wii and PS4 aren't really comparable. The Wii burned through a non-sustainable consumer base quickly, one that wasn't really drawn by traditional gaming. The PS4's life's blood is the traditional gamer, some of which jumped over from Xbox. The two don't really intersect to a significant degree.

The only thing I'd like to really know is how many people who got their first taste of gaming with the Wii moved on to the Wii U or jumped to the PS4 or XO.

It could never happen, as the PS4 would have had to be the weakest console. But even if Sony could somehow price the PS4 at $249, the Wii would still sell more.
