Somewhat surprising PS4 is below PS3. Only slight, but still, this was when PS3 was still doing 'badly' and was when it and XBox were being completely annihilated by Wii. So that means both (well, all three, but WiiU goes without saying) 8th Gen consoles are below their predecessors right now...

The price is fine, what it needs is big (exclusive) system sellers that make people buy a ps4. Next month will be MGS4 month for PS3 so expect PS4 to fall behind for now.

Good price always help, but yes, major SW is crucial.

IMPORTANT:

PS3 is doing bad in 2008 because the crappy holidays sales... for the rest of the year was pretty strong.

I mean, 378k in November NPD... PS4 will easy sell double-triple. But yeah, during a "normal month" i don't see PS4 did more than PS3.
