Its allready 50% almost
I don't see 25 million, but 50% is certainly possible (if it hasn't already happened).
PS4 must have already sold around the 22M mark by the end of March, perhaps closer to 23M by now, like 22.7 or 22.8M.
According to the latest financial statement from Sony they had shipped 22.3M units of PS4 by the end of March.
I think they can hit 25M by the end of June, but not in time for E3.
As for the 50% market share thing, they may have already done that, or be very close, so maybe.
As other people say, +50% marketshare is already happen.
For the 25,000,000, well, that is my prediction.
Apr: 600,000
May: 500,000
Jun: 1,200,000
So, i think that PS4 will be between 23,500,000 and 24,000,000 by E3...
25,000,000 will happen in September imo.

If you mean shipments; maybe but unlikely. If you mean sold to consumers; not even close.

I think the PS4 is at 50% right now (as of May 1st). But I don't think it gets 25 mil by E3. Probably in the mid 24s.
