PS4 must have already sold around the 22M mark by the end of March, perhaps closer to 23M by now, like 22.7 or 22.8M.
According to the latest financial statement from Sony they had shipped 22.3M units of PS4 by the end of March.
I think they can hit 25M by the end of June, but not in time for E3.
As for the 50% market share thing, they may have already done that, or be very close, so maybe.
