Sony announced 20 million as of Feb 29th.

Certainly possible, but I think 50% market share would probably come before 25 mil.

I certainly think so. Honestly, given how badly Wii-U sales have dropped, I wouldn't be shocked if XB1 is overtracked and PS4 has had the 50% for weeks now.

25m seems possible, but unlikely. If I recall correctly, last year the PS4 sold 4m between Mar 2 (6m) - Aug 10 (10m). Sony made the 10m announcement at Gamescom. With that said, I predict it'll be around 23.5 - 24m by E3. 50% market share is a given though, especially at the rate Wii U and XB1 are selling compared to the PS4.

PS4 will be up for that period though. Bloodborne and the network effect help it.
