A little disappointed but does anyone really really care? If you bought Xenoblade for the graphics, you were a fool because the hd twins had better looking games at launch not to mention what they had by the time Xenoblade released in the west. Then they made the same game but with even worse graphics on a handheld which people bought. My point is, if you are truly disturbed by the graphical downgrade, you shouldn't be buying games on the weakest console of this generation. It does suck being lied to though (which is what Monolith did).

The wording in the title is... off. Wouldn't it be "may have" instead of "could have?" "Could have" implies that it didn't happen. Like that's not the whole story. "It could have gotten a downgrade, but blah blah stopped it."

Forgive me skipping 15 pages of reading, but y'all noticed the 2015 version has upgraded motion blur on the mech, right? I agree that there are some obvious downgrades, but it doesn't seem it was purely downgrades...

It's not just resolution; also texture quality, lighting/shading techniques, stuff like that. 

I'd guess those are pics from the PC build. I don't think they have released console screens yet.

Those things aren't that visible on those small pics (if you're trying to compare the two). And if it's really the pc version, it's even better for xenoblade.
