It's not just resolution; also texture quality, lighting/shading techniques, stuff like that. 

I'd guess those are pics from the PC build. I don't think they have released console screens yet.

Those things aren't that visible on those small pics (if you're trying to compare the two). And if it's really the pc version, it's even better for xenoblade.
