Forums - Gaming - A question for every gamer.

Because haters gonna hate.

Around the Network

1. Haters gonna hate
2. Most people judge on the game by it's maturity and it's graphics.

Speaking of number 2, here is the logic.

Rated M + Good graphics = CoD

CoD = Most hated franchise in gaming (IMO)

The irony is real.

If you don't like Nintendo, I respect that but, put some proof to it by trying to play their games at least once :)

Such is life for the fanboys.

What are these colorful Sony and MS games you speak of? I might think they're childish as well.

It all depends on the content of the game. ie. Team Fortress 2, one of the most colorful games out there, but not for kids.

Insecure people believes that maturness comes from things like videogames (toys) and not with their own atitude.

I have no idea why but that seems to be the case often.

For some people it's an image thing and Nintendo just doesn't have the cool factor like it used to. They would rather be caught dead than being caught playing Mario Party 10.

I have friends that fall right into that category.

This. Seriously, I don't get how this thread has gotten this many responses. People should known when an opinion is worth as damn and when it's just a narrow hate-filled comment that should just be dismissed and not given attention.

This is the first time I've seen this sentiment.

I haven't seen a single respectable person use the first argument, although I've seen it used plenty of times by less respectable people. The latter is correct, because colorful games are less common on non-Nintendo consoles so colorful games are a breath of fresh air. On Nintendo's platform, such games don't really stand out very well.

Nintendo specified mostly on kids (look at Mario Kart 8 or Super Smash Bros., these are their main games).
Sony and Microsoft specified mostly on adults/teens (look at Uncharted and Halo, these are their main games).
If Nintendo make games for adults (like Bayonetta 2), it will be a breath of fresh air.
If Sony / Microsoft makes games for kids (like LittleBigPlanet or Ori and the blind Forest), it will be a breath of fresh air.
Easy logic. Understand?
