I just saw the first 3 episodes and man i have to say...

I'm impressed with the fight sequences.I thought, since it's a TV show, they would cheapen out using camera shaking and fast motion to give an ilusion of a good fight.

I'm glad i was wrong.

It seems that it doesn't take a lot to impress you.

I haven't seen the Daredevil show yet, but it's stuff like this that's making me LOVE the marvel cinematic universe more and more. I do think Agents of Sheild and Agent Carter tend to be...bland...but the movies, the netflix shows, and all that...awesome.

This is how you do interwoven connectivity.

It's not really interwoven though.

The next two will be, I have feeling they are throwing hints in, that we just don't know. I have one theory, on what it might be.

I'm curious to see Matt Murdock fight Ultron bots in the next series of episodes.

But it is, the events of New York in the Avengers have a direct bearing on the series. They mention them several times. Heck on one Ben Urich's newspaper headlines from his office is he story on the attack on New York. Everything in the MCU takes place in the same universe.

Oh he is talking about it being connected to the main story arc. In which case Hells Kitchen was part of the destruction of New York, reason why certain events are happening in the show are because of that destruction. I thought he meant not connected to one another.

So? That's still very loose references. It's not like the TV series or the movies will affect each other as in a real shared universe.

They do. The whole point of the MCU is for all properties controlled by Marvel to have a "real shared universe." You are confusing Marvel with DC. Despite having the TV and Movie rights to all it's properties. DC has seperate universes. The Green Arrow and Flash characters in the upcoming Justice League movies have nothing to due with the Arrow and Flash TV series.

Daredevil, Agents of Shield, Agent Carter, are all directly connected to the MCU. The same holds true for the upcoming Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and Defenders programming coming to Netflix. The events of Captain America 2 directly affected Agents of Shield. The current season of Agents of Shield is setting up the Inhumans for the Avengers  2 etc. etc. Daredevil directly references events and characters from Marvel owned properties. It's part of the reason why the casting for MCU shows are such a big deal. They are being cast for the MCU not just the TV show or movie they are in.

The only things that aren't in the shared universe are X-Men Characters and the Fantastic Four. Fox has the movie rights to both properties. Sony and Marvel have come to an agreement so Spiderman will be in the MCU now. Some characters can be used by both, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver for example, because they aren't exclusively part of one property. Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, despite being Magneto's children and mutants, were charter members of Avengers West Coast.

Side note: Marvel seems to be killing off characters they don't have the cinematic rights too. Wolverine and now Deadpool have been killed in the comic universe.

They're shared in name only. We'll never see the characters cross over other than the event movies.

I watched the first 4 at a friends house, I do not have Netflix but but might get a free trail to watch the rest :P . These first 4 were fantastic. I couldn't believe how good they were.

It puts SHIELD to shame. Revelations (Daisy being reveled and not a mutant and Mr Hyde) in recent episodes of SHIELD have been lackluster as it seems like they are just doing things and changing stuff to make it all 'fit', while DareDevil seems to be just sticking to the characters themselves.

I will say though, and I'll highlight this as much as I can until something changes. Without Mutants the Marvel Cinematic Universe world is not Marvel. Small things like characters saying 'there is no evidence of people with psychic powers' or as said in DareDevil once "It's not like you are have a suit of armour or a magic hammer". Makes me sad that Fox is doing what they are doing.

Hmm, pie.
