I don't. I own a PS3, and I've never bought a Madden game, FIFA, or COD game in my life. I do have every Assassins Creed game from the first to the third installment on the PS3, But I've only sampled the first one. Also, I just came across Calling for the Wii just last week, an older non popular game with mediocre reviews but appeals to me because of the genre and atmosphere.

Hows is that exactly different from nintendo fans mostly playing Kart MArio kart mario, and a zelda metriod once a gen ???
So I have to ask what you are saying or what's your point? Do you see a lot of people saying something different? I know some don't but yearly releases and some do. Is that bad or something? I am not trying to be rude......I guess I just don't get the point of this thread. It is saying something that is widely known like people are hiding it or something lol.

... This goes against your title. What i'm hearing is PS4/X1 gamers have taken significant interest in franchises many of them would consider the best. The publishers of these games then start to release these games regularly. To which one can simply respond "Duh...".
Do the Mario and Pokemon games not fit into the same category as Uncharted and Halo? Does Mario Kart, Zelda and Smash not fit into the same category as Metal Gear and GTA? Are those games not the best sellers on Nintendo systems and also released at fairly regular intervals? Was the point of this thread to state the obvious?

And Nintendo owners mostly buy Mario and Pokemon games...The only difference is that multiple Mario games come out each year
