My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Easy to believe, best month so far is 481k, and we have 545k for Dec.

Because either someone had a brain explosion and thought sales would still be decent, or they actually wanted to see what would happen and if the drop wasn't too bad they might have been happy to live with a higher price and lower sales. I'm guessing they didn't like how much the sales dropped.

Great tracking job by VGC on the Xb one.

With USA being 56% of the Xb one market I think the global LTD for Xb one will be pretty close to correct too. And we know the global LTD for PS4 is spot on right now. So I expect PS4's NPD number to be not too divergent from VGC.

So the WIi U is probably over 500k. Not great, but atleast it improved.

Yea it's good for the Wii U. That's about it.

Wii U Gamepad is why the Wii U has its pricepoint.


People used the same argument when XBox One was $499 with Kinect. But Microsoft chose to stay competitive and dropped the price and removed Kinect. Not that dropping the price Of Wii-U would make it a succes but atleast it would be something.
