No i dont think you understand. Theyre the same game. Itll have a few changes to it including introducing you to your deck earlier in the story and upgraded visuals and art, probably more cards and more maps, amybe more characters etc. Maybe even extra missions, idk. But theyre the same game. Think of it as Phantom Dust 1.5. When they say Phantom Dust is being rebooted or reimagined that is what it is. Not a completely different game. The original game is being reworked on

There are all kinds of jrpgs, not everything is black and white. Even kingdom hearts did a card system in the past.
This will be a action jrpg with cards battle system.

Firstly, this game is NOT a JRPG or even an RPG at all so this is a big misunderstanding on Ken Lobb's part ...

Secondly, it is a re-imaging of the first game and not a remake nor a reboot ...

I'd argue the Kingdom Hearts wasn't a JRPG at all but let's leave that for another day ...
