Considering how both their fanbases have been extremely toxic when it comes to measuring their di- I mean consoles, neither.

My point about the power is it's an added bonus. All those games are good on PS3 but a lot of them would be a lot better on PS4. GTA 5 and TLOU are 2 obvious examples. It's not a game maker but it's the icing on the cake. 

You might say you're not interested in a lot of PS3 games but the reality is if they were in a Wii U case and exlusive to that console you'd prob be on here telling me how great some of them are. That's the reality! 

I'm not into the vast majority of Ninty games but I've no issue naming a lot of them and saying that's a great game right there. I said it before if I had kids I'd be getting them a nintendo console first and if they grow out of it like i did they can always get a PS if ithey so wish. 

i have never had a xbox console, and i had a ps2, psp and a ps3.
but i choose xbox to win this time(i know it wont happen) because MS is investing on games more than sony.
as a ninty fan, i have always said: games > console specs.

There should have been a third poll option, like "doesn't matter".
As it really doesn't matter IMO. Both are great consoles that offers great experiences for the player(s).
All in all I want all three companies to do well.

Way too early to tell between those two. I base my love for a console on its exclusive content, and so far I am not at all impressed. Over a year into their lives and Xbone only has one exclusive I want, and the PS4 has zero. Gravity Rush is still the only Vita game I want too. Microsoft and Sony's 8th gen offerings are a total snoozer for me so far.

In my humble and infallible opinion, the 3DS and WiiU are the only 8th gen consoles worth owning at this point in time, and therefore I believe they should be the winners.

As a former Ninty fan I'd have to side with Xbox over PS. Siding with PS would be the equivalent of a battered wife siding with her abusive husband... Sony beat Nintendo to within an inch of its life over two generations and only stopped when they shot themselves in the foot.

Its usually someone unknown or seen as not capable that beat the odds. A multi billion dollar company is never really an underdog.

Conviently forgets the reason why Sony is in the gaming industry in the first place.

Because Sony got mad that they were dumped, so they took a baseball bat to the skull of their former flame lol.

Nintendo's arrogance lost them the 5th and 6th gens, just like Sony's arrogance cost then 7th gen, and MS's arrogance is costing them this gen.

They left the Sony with the Nintendo PlayStation prototype and they thought Sony wouldn't do anything. And its not like Sony is the reason for Nintendo's Home console sales. The decline started as early as the SNES. If they wanted to win, they would've stuck with a japanese company instead of an american one. Ironically, one of the few times Nintendo has broken tradition, choosing an American company over a Japanese one.

IP wise PS and Nintendo have a lot more overlap then that of XB,so XB is a logical choice if you want something different.

But at the same time this doesn't mean Nintendo gets all of the Japanese support, if Sony dies...oh no no, that goes to mobile. Non-American focus games on consoles suddently lose a lot more relevance and that's an even worse reality for Nintendo. If Sony hitting Nintendo with a bat, clearly she isn't doing a very good job cause Nintendo's pretty much fine. Not so with Xbox. She'd use a car to hit her.  The sad reality, Nintendo doesn't have the brand power that it use to and on a battle of pure money, vs MS Xbox? Srsly?
