Do you guys forget Nintendo does not really do much cross gen games?

They have no other choice but to make good exclusives :-p

No PC exclusives? Why not?

If you count Japan, I'm willing to be that the PS4 will magically have more true exclusives than the Wii U.

Unfortunately, they're also extremely niche.

Actually I think the PS4 (and the XBO for that matter) Will end up with more true exclusives even if you don't count Japanese games.

OT: Yes, I think the Wii U has had the better year exclusive wise, but you're ignoring Driveclub, and InFamous: First Light (If you count Super Luigi U, you should count this as well.)

Well I only included games above 75 meta, even though I feel I will like both those games when I get around to playing them, and I'm sure many people have enjoyed them already

Ah, but Smash is designed to run on a handheld and a console, which is even harder in my view. Yet the game is both technically and visually impressive on both platforms--it puts many Vita ports to shame.

:D

People here are saying that Sony & Microsoft had a good year for genuine third parties. To that I say Gamerankings & Metacritic

And by genuine, I mean no PC or cross gen stuff.

Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze, Mario Kart 8, Bayonetta 2, Hyrule Warriors.  I would say Smash for Wii U counts as well.

Compared to just inFamous Second Son on PS4, and Sunset Overdrive on X1.

I know that this is the Wii U's second year, but even last year compares favourably with actual exclusives, with The Wonderful 101, Lego City Undercover, Pikmin 3, Super Luigi U and Super Mario 3D World.

Although much was made at the time about Nintendo taking longer to adapt to HD development, they have still managed to get a good amount of genuine exclusives out recently.

What do you think?

I don't see how you can count Hyrule Warriors as a good exclusive and then exclude DriveClub or MC Collection.

Driveclub is ps4 exclusive no?

It is, but it's also the kind of game that you throw on the Twisted Metal/PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale/Knack pile.

Your game is weak today.

It's only natural. Nintendo makes the best games. People seem to disagree with that fact though.

Sony makes the best consoles. Some people seem to disagree with that fact though.

Depends what you are looking for. Power and running efficeintly? Yes PS4 is the best in that department. Best U.I? Xbox One is ahead in that department. Most innovative way to play games? Wii U wins there. They all have their pros and cons.
