Thats a suprise, because it run even worse, than the Xbox One version
But the PS4 version has way less reviews. so that would explain the difference.

In my personal opinion, i really like the game (beside the bad performace). But the setting is really great.
I hope this game does not Flop. It is the best AC since I and II

Nobody in the business of reviewing or who makes it their business to read reviews believes a 5 is average. That's just lip service. The scale tipped long, long ago.  7/10 or 70%  is the score you give an average game and it's been that way since the late 1990's. Thanks to sites like metacritic that value is actually rising as well. With so many sites overrating games, 80% is slowly becoming the new 70%, which is the real 50%.

I doubt they're that worried at this point. The game will still sell loads and make money plus they have other titles that'll give decent revenue. Their share price at the start of the year was much lower anyway.

It was between wanting it on Wii U but not able to get it, and not wanting it on Wii U and not wanting to get it anyway.
