good guess! Also japan usually gets their games first, i still think N3ds west release will be 3ds 4 year anniversary.

With LoZ MM+Project Steam coming out, i think Nintendo should use the port as a system seller by bundling it in free with the XL. People want it and it was very limited on the wii!
