I love remakes, hate remasters.

I define a remaster as something that has nothing fundamentally different, just aesthetic changes.

I define a remake as something that has fundamental gameplay changes, on top of the aesthtic changes.

I hate those that are remasters of games that are not even 4 years old yet.....

I love remastered versions. It's how most of these games should have looked in the first place, but compromises had to be made in the originals due to hardware limitations.

Why would someone hate a game? No need to buy what you don't and that's that. Some people lol

Dislike, because they never remake the games I actually want!

Remaking recent games is alright, but I will not be buying them. I would rather they attempt to remake a PS1 game though.

Depends.. If the remake/remaster is well-done and worth the money, then I will like it!

I don't buy remastered games but I think it's fine that they are available to gamers who never played those games.

33% of PS4 gamers never owned a PS3 so it makes sense to give them a chance to play a game like The Last of Us and Journey.

you can do this with Zsnes and some nice filters on it. One of the best multiplayer games of all times tho, bought a SNES multi-tap just to play through it with no AI partners :)

OT -  Love remasters, they let you go back and play games which have heavy amounts of nostalgia googles for (Lylat wars > Star Fox64 3d) and play through them with more modern graphics which is what your nostalgia'y self remembers them looking like 20 years ago.

I don't play HD remasters of games I've played before. Only if I get them free.

It did actually, especially when you consider how bady GTA V on PS360 was constrained by their outdated technology.
