Nintendo should pay Ubi 5 bucks per copy and bundle it for this christmas season with every new Wii U as an digital download. a typical win-win situation as Ubi will get five times the money from this compared to the normal retail/eshop sales. And nintendo could put some stickers on the Wii U and stuff the retailers with some banners advertising it...
In this case the quality etc. of WatchDogs doesn't matter as it is perceived as additional value and something "grown ups" can play on the "family"/"kids" Wii U...

Of course not. The money would have been better invested in Red Steel 3...

I don't think the Wii U is now in a position to support exclusive games that are coming from 3rd parts. If Red Steel was gonna be a thing it should have happened within the launch window.

That's what I tried to say in my earlier post. Quoted so people who are taking the images as screenshot can see.
There is no "for sure" media of the WiiU version yet.

Actually, Watch Dogs had pretty good graphics. The characters models and city was more detailed than GTAV. It also has visual details that 7th gen platforms couldn't replicate as well.
If the game was better optimized it could have pushed a higher resolution.
While GTAV is 1080p on both PS4 and X1, I'm curiuos to see the frame rate is actually locked.

They already had enough excuses not to make Wii U ports.
If CoD and AC struggles on Wii U, its clear that audience doesn't care about ports of core games.
Console gamers that want those games know to stick with Playstation and Xbox.

Oh come on. Of course the character models are decent, but the city isn't detailed. Texture work is bad and what saves it is a good lighting system that makes some nice reflects when it's raining. But the overall presentation is pretty weak. And despite that, the city is bland compared to GTA. San Andreas looks like a real city, full of life, can't say the same about Chicago on WD.

The GTA city was better designed, but when it comes to technical detail I give the edge to Watch Dogs albeit kinda bland.

Make that 28 units, we are buying 20 copies in the group, yes the price is a real shame, but the options for those that only have that console are very limited and I heard good thing from a friend who share almost my same tastes in games.
