Nintendo should pay Ubi 5 bucks per copy and bundle it for this christmas season with every new Wii U as an digital download. a typical win-win situation as Ubi will get five times the money from this compared to the normal retail/eshop sales. And nintendo could put some stickers on the Wii U and stuff the retailers with some banners advertising it...
In this case the quality etc. of WatchDogs doesn't matter as it is perceived as additional value and something "grown ups" can play on the "family"/"kids" Wii U...
