Oh come on. Of course the character models are decent, but the city isn't detailed. Texture work is bad and what saves it is a good lighting system that makes some nice reflects when it's raining. But the overall presentation is pretty weak. And despite that, the city is bland compared to GTA. San Andreas looks like a real city, full of life, can't say the same about Chicago on WD.
