Blame Aonuma for not wanting to make other clones of OOT.
Let Zelda to the fans, I don't want the serie to be ruined by the CoD, Skyrim, Assassin Creed players who cry for photorealistic graphs.

Twilight Princess is the best seller of the Zelda Franchise. Mainly because it was also released when the Wii was at his peak. But it is also a much inferior game compared to Skyward Sword, in almost every way. I'd rather have an inspired game with a unique world rather than an OOT clone. |
THANK YOU for posting the absolute FUCKING TRUTH. I know about opinions and all, but I just dont understand how anyone could prefer Twilight Princess to Skyward Sword.

Aonuma is not capable of developing a Zelda game with the graphics of the tech demo.
Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever
Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe
Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor
Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

Well, I like the style shown for Zelda U, but probably I'm no market. Borderlands with toon shading also wasn't bought by anyone ...

Fits the WiiU perfectly =P =(
It's sad people are more talking about the marketing potential of a graphic style rather than on the feeling the game will create with its own unique world.

Toonish looks are not impossible to market. Look at Borderlands; it's just as cartoony, it just has black outlines and a darker color palette. With the right marketing campaign, Legend of Zelda for Wii U could easily be a big success. And it's also worth noting that majority of responses to this Zelda have been positive, not negative. Compare this to Wind Waker, where everyone had an absolute kanipshin the moment the first images appeared and things look a lot better for Zelda U.

A game can have a unique world even with realistic graphics.

From what I have seen, no.
